Is it legal to monitor competitors, and would they know I’m monitoring them?

Tracking all public information is legal. You know, websites don’t want to be monitored and tend to block traffic automatically or via bots, and we know how to bypass that. We have our servers scattered all over the world. When we detect traffic, we have techniques to avoid being banned by quickly changing server locations. However, some systems invest time and money in analyzing traffic over long periods and manage to block most of the locations our servers use. That’s why we’ve developed hidden IP traffic, which is virtually indistinguishable from regular website traffic and cannot be banned because of the high risk of blocking millions of other visitors. However, there are exceptions, but they are insignificant, and we are constantly developing to overcome them.
